FED Fitness 2-in-1 Seal Row & Weight Bench, 9-Position Adjustable, 880 lbs Capacity

Train Your Back and Chest on One Bench

The FED Fitness 2-in-1 Seal Row Bench is a game-changing strength training station designed for serious home gym enthusiasts. By merging a dedicated seal row platform with a fully adjustable weight bench, this versatile machine lets you target your entire upper body — back, chest, shoulders, and arms — without needing multiple pieces of equipment.

Master the Seal Row：The seal row is one of the most effective exercises for building a thick, strong back while eliminating lower back strain. By lying prone (face down) on the padded bench with your legs suspended off the end, you isolate your lats, rhomboids, and rear delts — pulling the barbell from the floor to your abdomen with pure back muscle engagement. No more swinging, no more lower back fatigue, just maximum back growth.

Switch to Bench Press in Seconds：When you're done with rows, the same bench transforms into a heavy-duty weight bench. With 9 adjustable backrest heights (18.2"–37.3") and dual barbell racks with J-hooks, you can perform flat bench press, incline press, shoulder press, dumbbell flyes, and more. The ratchet lever locking system ensures each position locks securely, so you can train with confidence even at heavy weights.

Built to Last：Every component is engineered for durability. The frame is constructed from Q235 carbon steel with multiple tube profiles — 45×45mm and 50×50mm square tubes, plus 70×50mm and 50×25mm rectangular tubes — with wall thicknesses of 1.5mm to 1.8mm. The powder-coated finish resists scratches and corrosion. The 2-inch thick high-density foam padding is wrapped in premium PU leather that wipes clean and stands up to daily use.
